In the last week of October, London hosts two linked gatherings where the people who allocate private capital sit in the same rooms as the people who need it. CC Forum London runs from 27 to 30 October 2026, and its final day belongs to the Fem Capital Salon in Soho. For founders, senior professionals and anyone building a public profile in sustainability, technology or finance, this is a short and practical guide: what happens, how to get in, and how to make the days count.
What happens, and where
CC Forum is an international forum on impact investment and sustainable development, founded in 2018 by Max Studennikoff. The London edition is its fourteenth. The audience is mostly family offices, funds, venture capital, angel investors and founders.
- Tuesday 27 October. Welcoming drinks in the evening.
- Wednesday 28 October. First conference day at the May Fair Hotel, Stratton Street, Mayfair. In the evening, a VIP reception at the House of Lords.
- Thursday 29 October. Second conference day, with two parallel tracks in the afternoon. The evening is the gala dinner and awards, presented by Ludvig Nobel.
- Friday 30 October. The Fem Capital Salon, 11:00 to 16:00, at Flute, Broadwick Soho, 20 Broadwick Street.
The conference programme is built around questions rather than statements. Two sessions are staged as debates: whether the world should double down on net-zero investment or reassess the economic case, and whether ESG is a force for good or a tool of control. Other sessions cover climate timelines, water, artificial intelligence, and how family wealth is preserved and passed on.
Three ways in for a founder
If you run a company, the forum offers more than a seat in the audience.
A pitching slot. Founders can take five minutes in the Investors' Lounge, followed by questions. The organisers ask for four things, stated plainly: the problem, what your project solves, what makes it different, and the rate of return. If you cannot say those four things in five minutes, the preparation is worth doing whether or not you pitch.
The pitching competition. On Thursday from 5pm to 5.50pm, the first afternoon track closes with a competition between selected companies.
Exhibition space. Options range from a high table to a fitted stand. This suits a company with something to show; a service business will usually get more from conversations than from a stand.
The Friday room
The Fem Capital Salon was founded by Christine Koetsier, who also sits on the organising committee of CC Forum. It describes itself as a global pop-up salon, and it has already been held in Paris, Zurich and London. The October edition is an afternoon gathering under the theme Sharing over Success.
The subjects are private wealth, future-fit leadership and what the Salon calls feminine principles: stewardship, continuity and collaboration rather than a programme for women only. The listing for the day promises speakers, a conversation on intergenerational growth, a violin recital, and time for drinks and introductions. The final programme had not been announced when we checked.
The Salon is the smaller room, and that is its value. A conference hall gives you names; a room of this size gives you conversations that last more than two minutes.
What it costs
Prices below were checked in early October and exclude 20 per cent VAT where it applies.
| Pass | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| CC Forum visitor pass | Two conference days | £399 |
| CC Forum gala pass | Green carpet reception and awards dinner | £1,400 |
| CC Forum VIP pass | House of Lords reception, VIP lunch, Fem Capital Salon, networking programme | £2,800 |
| Fem Capital Salon ticket | The Salon on 30 October | £550 |
Two details are worth knowing. Investors in sustainability may apply to the organisers of CC Forum for a complimentary visitor pass. And the Salon's ticket listing states that its guests receive complimentary two-day access to CC Forum, which makes the Salon ticket a route into both events.
How to use the week
Before. Decide what you want from the week in one sentence: an investor conversation, a partner, a speaking invitation, or simply an informed view of where capital is going. Read the agenda and mark the three sessions where the people you want to meet will be on stage or in the audience.
In the room. Go to the sessions framed as debates. They are the least scripted part of the programme, and the questions afterwards are where you can be heard. Introduce yourself by what you do and what you are looking for, in that order.
After. Write to the people you met within two days, with one specific reason to continue the conversation. A week like this pays off in November, not on the day.
